As a Full Stack Customer Technical Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers resolve technical issues, answer questions, and provide education on our products and services. You'll work independently in a fast-paced environment, using your problem-solving skills and technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to residential and small business customers via inbound phone calls, resolving technical issues and answering questions about our products and services
* Troubleshoot customer technical issues using guided workflows, walking customers step-by-step through various resolutions to solve their issues
* Multitask across multiple systems and applications, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet customer needs
* Present our Virtual Service Call process to customers, saving them time and money by resolving issues remotely
* Assist customers with scheduling onsite technician visits, positively positioning virtual and self-serve options
* Provide excellent customer interactions and experiences, using empathy, soft skills, and connecting with customers to build trust and loyalty
* Work from home in a quiet, distraction-free environment with adequate internet bandwidth to perform the role
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, technical skills, and company policies and procedures to provide accurate and effective support to customers
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, increasing to $20.00 per hour after 180 days of employment

**Qualifications and Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum one year of customer service experience required
* Troubleshooting skills and technical experience a plus, but not required
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Reliable and dependable, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to empathize and connect with customers, using soft skills to build trust and loyalty
* Ability to multitask with ease, effectively prioritize tasks, and be a self-starter
* Demonstrated proficient problem-solving and customer de-escalation skills
**Skills and Competencies:**
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to type at least 35 wpm
* Intermediate knowledge of computer applications
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
