**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing clinical and retail pharmacy services to our patients, including medication counseling, prescription filling, and health education. You will also be responsible for managing clinical and retail operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and quality assurance. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provides clinical and retail pharmacy services to patients, including medication counseling, prescription filling, and health education.
* Manages clinical and retail operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and quality assurance.
* Conducts patient consultations and provides guidance on medication use, side effects, interactions, and contraindications.
* Performs medication therapy management, including medication reviews and adjustments.
* Develops and implements patient education programs to promote health literacy and self-management.
* Collaborates with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
* Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
* Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication profiles.
* Stays current with regulatory requirements, industry developments, and best practices in pharmacy practice.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the region.
* Experience performing prescription filling and checking, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
* Certified Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and checking, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising staff and managing clinical and retail operations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and staff.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
