Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Tamil Language Teacher to join our team. As a Tamil Language Teacher, you'll be responsible for teaching spoken Tamil, reading, and writing to learners of various ages and skill levels. You'll conduct online demos and one-to-one classes, tailoring your teaching approach to meet the diverse needs of our learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach spoken Tamil, reading, and writing to learners through online classes and demos.
• Understand the needs of our learners and adapt your teaching approach to ensure effective learning.
• Conduct one-to-one classes and group sessions, utilizing creative lesson plans and engaging teaching methods.
• Assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their language development.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms, including Google Chrome, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Zoom, and Google Meet, to facilitate online teaching and communication.
• Maintain a strong online presence, ensuring a professional and engaging virtual classroom environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A deep understanding of the Tamil language, including its grammar, syntax, and cultural nuances.
• A solid foundation in language teaching theory and practice, with a focus on communicative language teaching approaches.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to support online teaching and communication.
