About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls and/or the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service support, resolving routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information from databases
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
- Offer additional products and services to customers
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion. The following qualifications are required:
- Fluency in both French and English
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- A quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Ability to multitask quickly
- Desire to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge
- A desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided, but this is not guaranteed)
- High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
- Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
