Key Responsibilities

Competencies and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

- Professional, outgoing, and service-oriented with a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience in a B2B setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM, ERP, and warehouse management systems.
- Familiarity with Zendesk and Asana.
