Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Bristol, TN area. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and work collaboratively with our team to resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
 - Provide excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
 - Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
 - Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and solution-focused
 - Appropriately communicate with customers, using clear and concise language
 - Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
 - Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
 - Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
 - Provide feedback on call issues and suggest improvements to our processes
 
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
 - Over 18 years of age
 - High School Graduate or GED
 - Comfort with desktop computer systems and technology
 - Proven oral and written communication skills
 - Logical problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex issues
 - Organization and work prioritization skills
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months of customer service experience
 - Ability to type 25 words per minute
 - Experience with Windows operating systems
 
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:
- Internet Connection Requirements:
 - Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeding 12.0 Mbps
 - Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeding 3.0 Mbps
 - ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
 - Proof of internet speed required
