Job Summary

As a Customer Service Support Representative at Blithequark, you will serve as a liaison between our organization, clients, and patients, providing product education and support while ensuring a world-class customer experience. You will work closely with our customer-centric team to resolve routine customer requests, address complex issues, and qualify new customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Blithequark, clients, and patients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Resolve routine customer requests and address complex issues via inbound and outbound calls, email, or the internet.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, speaking with clients in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of solutions.
  • Offer additional customer education and information as needed.
  • Qualify and establish new customers requesting Blithequark's products and services.
  • Work with multiple databases to research complex issues and questions.
  • Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly desired.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening and response abilities.
  • Courteous with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Strong flexibility and ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Laboratory Information Systems.
  • Experience working in a contact center/call center environment.
  • Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or hospital.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Pay Range: $15 - $25

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm AZT, with additional days/hours as business needs require.

Work Location: Remote work options available.
