Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- 1-3 years of call center experience, preferably in retail banking products and/or residential loans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
- Experience with customer service applications and systems.
- Knowledge of retail banking, online banking, mortgage, and business product expertise.
