What are you waiting for? **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for researching, gathering, and analyzing client data, transforming raw insights into actionable knowledge. You will be the creative force behind client-driven dashboards that capture key performance metrics, helping our product teams in their critical decision-making process. You will collaborate with other Data Adventures teams, combining your skills with theirs to analyze, evaluate, and provide insights about our clients that drive our business strategies. **Key Responsibilities** * Research, gather, and analyze client data to transform raw insights into actionable knowledge * Create client-driven dashboards that capture key performance metrics, helping our product teams in their critical decision-making process * Collaborate with other Data Adventures teams, combining your skills with theirs to analyze, evaluate, and provide insights about our clients that drive our business strategies * Work with business and product partners to tackle complex business issues and identify patterns and valuable opportunities * Apply your mastery in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization to uncover hidden trends and provide meaningful insights * Define and assess key performance metrics for new product launches * Create data visualizations to monitor and measure the impact of product drives and special business challenges * Identify new opportunities to improve key financial metrics, understanding underlying drivers for change in metrics * Lead exploratory data analysis, including hypothesis testing, statistical derivation, and quantitative analysis * Work with data stewards and data engineering teams to collect and handle accurate data from various sources * Work effectively cross-functionally and convey data and insights to non-technical business leaders **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field * 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field * Solid experience with languages used to control data and extract insights from large datasets (SQL, Python, Presto, etc.) * Strong storytelling experience with data visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc. * Experience with data quality tools like Google DataPlex (Collibra Data Quality or SAS Data Management or IBM InfoSphere Data Server) * Experience with quality testing using Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca * Experience in building multi-step ETL jobs/data pipelines and working with workflow management systems * Experience handling complex data on cloud platforms (Ideally Google Bigquery and Hive) * Experience with data visualization (E-R) and have strong BI concepts * Fundamental understanding of statistics and AI models * Related experience in the retail or finance industries * Convincing, engaging oral and written communication skills and ability to build practical relationships * Willingness to adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field * Experience in data science, data analysis, statistics, or related field * Graduate degree in Business, Software Engineering, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field * Related industry experience (e.g., retail, marketing, healthcare, e-commerce) * Successful completion of certifications in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau) **Benefits and Advantages** * Competitive salary package * Motivator grants for outstanding performance * 401(k) match * Stock buy plan * Paid maternity and parental leave * PTO * Various health plans * And many more! **Work Environment and Company Culture** At blithequark, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
