About the Role: B2B Appointment Setter – Remote

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team of talented professionals. As a B2B Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by conducting phone outreach to business executives, introducing our clients' products and services, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone outreach to business executives and introduce our clients' products and services to generate interest and schedule appointments
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets through persuasive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
  • Hone your skills through comprehensive training and frequent coaching sessions to ensure continuous improvement and success
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and analyze sales performance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, ideas, and feedback to drive team success

  • W2 earnings structure with base pay and uncapped commissions, with the potential to earn $40,000 to $55,000 per year for full-time positions
