Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of the client digital identity product strategy, with a strong focus on identity matching and data clean room capabilities
 - Define and communicate a digital identity and data clean room strategy, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Digital Identity Platform
 - Ensure tools are built and scaled to support the security and integrity needs of internal teams in managing customer digital identities
 - Work with a digital identity-centered mindset to connect internal clients to the Client Digital Identity Platform, ensuring all internal teams have access to secure and comprehensive customer identity data
 - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, emphasizing the effective management and protection of customer digital identities
 - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, data clean room, data security, and privacy, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
 - Collaborate with Design, blithequark Interface, Data Ventures, blithequark+, and Marketing teams to deliver elite digital identity solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy
 
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
 - 8+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 2 years of experience working in customer identity or advertising/marketing space; retail industry experience is a plus
 - Quantitative or technical background is preferred
 - Sound business judgment and ability to think critically, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize technical requirements
 - Ability to think and act strategically and tactically
 - Strong oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence others internally and externally
 - Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to persuade and inspire teams to deliver results
 - Proven experience in developing and executing successful product roadmaps and initiatives
 - Strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market trends in the retail space
 - Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
 - 8+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
 - Executive experience

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $35-40 per year, as well as performance-based bonus rewards.
