Job Summary
As a Product Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for defining and executing the Client Investigation Center product strategy, ensuring that our internal customers have access to high-quality client insights and analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Interface, Data Adventures, and Marketing, to deliver top-notch client investigation solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center product strategy to enhance the quality and accessibility of client insights and analytics for internal customers.
 - Define and communicate a clear methodology, prioritization, and timeline for the Client Investigation Center.
 - Ensure that tools are built and scaled to meet the security and integrity needs of internal teams in analyzing client data and character.
 - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of Client Insights Center.
 - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in client digital identity, client analysis, data security, and privacy, and identify potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, blithequark Interface, Data Adventures, blithequark+, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality client investigation solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and client protection.
 
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
 - Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, or 9 years of experience in a related field.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
 - 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
 - Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, with knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

- Strong product management skills, with experience in defining and executing product strategies.
 - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and identify insights.
