Global Production Strategist

Qualifications & Skills Required Leadership and Communication: • Serve as a liaison between global production teams, internal and external clients to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables • Be a proactive leader that takes initiative, has strong follow-through and sense of ownership. Comfortable with ambiguity and a bias for action. • Executive level communication delivery, confident in ability to voice ideas and drive collaborative conversation, partnerships, and problem solving with Interagency and client team. • Partner with Creative Delivery / PM Lead and teams to ensure the operational workflows map to what they are seeing in day-to-day delivery. Need to be attached at the hip to PM lead to ensure smooth creative delivery through the operational plumbing, tech & tools. Strategic Planning: • Develop and implement production strategies that challenge the status quo and include future state technology, ai, and creative operating models. Adopting Adobe technologies wherever possible. • Ability to strongly and clearly articulate operational strategies. Document ideas and areas of improvement on paper in order to rally cross-functional stakeholders and clients around your thinking. • Analyze market trends and production metrics to continuously evolve how our clients can improve efficiency, craft and scale. Global Production Processes: • Understand how to leverage the best of both onshore and offshore production solutions, including a retained production studio team, to maximize efficiencies & quality in creative delivery. • Identify areas for process enhancement and recommend solutions to increase efficiency. • Collaborate with creative operations to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks. Data Analysis: • Utilize data analytics to monitor production performance, implement data-driven decision-making, and report to clients how we are tracking against production deliverables. • Prepare reports and presentations to share insights with stakeholders on how production is driving efficiencies, or conversely, highlight where there are inefficiencies, and we need to adapt the operational model. Tech & Tools: • Deep understanding of technology and tools leveraged in the digital production process, and collaboration with the Dentsu tech team on implementation. • Help to define the roadmap for adoption of Adobe GenStudio within the production process in collaboration with the Dentsu tech team. • Collaborate with the Global Localization team on the best methods for translations and local adaptations, leveraging automation where possible.
