Ideal Candidate
Duties include:
• Work across multiple accounts to consistently produce results within our core services of media relations
• Ensure all the team members are aligned on the account goals and needs, and that all of the deadlines are met
• Review monthly deliverables before they are shared with clients
• Ensure PR and Marketing Services initiatives are strategic and help reach client goals and maximize monthly retainer
• Actively participate and contribute to client calls
• Provide counsel to clients – ongoing and when faced with good news or unexpected challenges
• Provide thought leadership, generation of sponsorships and partnerships, and crisis communications counsel.
• Oversee and guide all account team members and help to manage the directions and expectations of outreach initiatives
• Develop and foster an exceptional rapport with current and potential clients
• Ensuring the strategic value and highest quality of all client deliverables
• Communicating – both verbally and written – regarding strategic client documents and discussions
• Respond to client requests and ensure requests are taken care of in an efficient manner, when needed
• Assist where needed in writing press releases, pitch letters, and communication plans
• Executing all aspects of strategic media relations; leveraging existing relationships with reporters and outlets on behalf of client and agency
• Uphold and ensure team members you oversee uphold Trust Relation’s ways of working and client account protocols and procedures
• Assist business development team with prospect communication and strategy
• Developing junior team members as needed
• Perform both ongoing and ad-hoc projects as necessary
The Profile
Skills Required:
• 10+ years’ PR experience
• B.S/B.A in public relations, marketing, business communications or related field, preferred based of media contacts
• Must have both the ability to both work independently without guidance, as well as collaboratively with a team
• Must have a well-rounded understanding of real estate marketing space
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Out-of-the-box thinker and creative writer
• Previous experience working with teams in multiple locations
