Key Responsibilities

As an Early Intervention Specialist at Soar Autism Center, you'll be responsible for providing attentive one-on-one care and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2-6. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing nurturing and encouraging support to children, emphasizing their social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Implementing care plans under the guidance of our clinical team, ensuring they are tailored to the unique needs and goals of each child
  • Building strong relationships with children's families, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in the care planning process
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of child progress, using this information to inform care plan development and implementation

Qualifications and Requirements

We're seeking candidates with a strong passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support. To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working with children, either through paid or volunteer work
  • A degree or currently enrolled in a degree program (we welcome candidates from diverse academic backgrounds)
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

While not required, we prefer candidates with experience in behavioral and developmental support, as well as those with a background in fields such as education, psychology, or healthcare.

We're currently based in Remote, with future locations planned in Highlands Ranch, Thornton, and Parker. We offer a range of benefits and perks to support your well-being and success, including comprehensive health benefits, student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement, and a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week for full-time roles.

Compensation and Benefits

We're offering a competitive salary range of $20.50 - $26.00/hour, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. All staff members are considered for a raise or promotion every 3 months. In addition to our salary and bonus structure, we offer a range of benefits and perks, including:
