Your Role in Our Mission

As a Call Center Customer Support Agent - Healthcare at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in our mission to improve healthcare outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound calls from providers and members regarding enrollment, claims, policy, and other healthcare-related inquiries
  • Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating account history records with results of the inquiry
  • Initiating required confirmations and follow-up actions without direct supervision
  • Collaborating with team members, management, customers, and clients to resolve customer service issues and improve overall service quality
  • Reviewing and recommending modifications to procedures and workflow to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices, process improvements, and customer service standards to maintain a state-of-the-art contact center

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of customer service or telephone experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
