About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for U.S.-based customers who require assistance with their orders, deliveries, product inquiries, payment matters, and website guidance. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two customer interactions are the same, and you'll have the autonomy to problem-solve and provide personalized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns.
- Utilize various tools and resources to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer queries.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
- Gather intelligence to prevent potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance.
- Work in a team environment to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old.
- The right to work in Colombia.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and oral fluency), with an English level of 85% or above.
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems.
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 06 am to 11 pm.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair.
- A minimum high-speed internet connection (10 MGB download / 3MBG upload or better broadband connection speed) using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
Preferred Qualifications
