Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently navigate multiple systems to resolve complex customer concerns related to one or more products or services.
- Uncover customer wants, interests, and needs in each interaction to effectively save the product and offer additional products and services.
- Demonstrate self-sufficiency by utilizing various support tools to research and resolve complex customer issues in a virtual setting.
- Utilize virtual communication tools to engage with your manager or support team for assistance when needed.
- Remain proficient in explaining customer bills, managing billing, rate plan, and feature matters for one or more products or services.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for one or more products or services.
- Adhere to a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service.

Requirements for Working from Home
To work effectively from home, you'll need:
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 18 mb download and 12 mb upload speed.
- A dedicated workspace that meets blithequark's work-from-home standards, including a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
- The ability to maintain a secure and compliant workspace, adhering to blithequark's security and compliance standards.
- Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established schedules and shifts.
Schedule and Hours of Operation
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 working hours per week. The hours of operation are subject to change, including possible mandatory overtime when business needs require. The current business hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 9:00 pm CST.
- Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm CST.
Initial training/nesting hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (~3 months), with mandatory daily attendance. Post-training/nesting hours will shift to later hours, potentially including Saturday and/or Sunday.
