Job Overview

We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Full Service Delivery Driver to join our Reading Distribution Team 1. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering and merchandising our iconic beverage brands to established accounts in the local market. If you're a team player with a passion for customer service, a clean driving record, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Check the accuracy and stability of the load to ensure safe and efficient delivery
• Deliver products and fill vending machines at all points of availability
• Merchandise machines and display and rotate products according to company standards
• Invoice and collect amounts due, settle accounts daily, and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure product delivered is undamaged and in proper condition, and follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of products
• Maintain machine cleanliness, appearance, and all appropriate Point of Sales materials
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general work experience, with a focus on customer service and delivery
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL B) and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred, with a focus on local delivery and navigation of busy parking lots
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, and work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated understanding of how to check a load for accuracy and stability, and follow proper safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Local delivery experience, with a focus on delivering packaged goods within a local market area
• Customer service and cash handling experience, with a focus on providing excellent service and resolving customer complaints
• Experience working with vending machines and merchandising products, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized appearance

Skill and Competencies

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll also need to be physically fit, with the ability to lift, pull, and push heavy objects, and work with minimal supervision. Additionally, you'll need to be able to follow proper safety procedures, and maintain a clean and organized appearance.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
