Key Responsibilities
As a Fully Licensed Evenings and Weekends Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating, implementing, and maintaining treatment plans, and completing ongoing documentation
 - Committing to a minimum caseload of 10 clients per week, with the option to take on more clients as desired
 - Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community
 - Utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
 - Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and trainings, with opportunities for professional development and growth
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
 - Clinical licensure or be on the licensure track for LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC, or other relevant licenses
 - Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes, with proficiency in EHR systems (Valant)
 - A passion for topics such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based therapies
 - The ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working with diverse populations, including BIPOC communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and clients with complex mental health needs
 - Knowledge of humanistic therapy, gender identity and sexual orientation, play therapy, art therapy, musical therapy, and other creative therapies
 - Familiarity with group therapy, couples therapy, and psychotherapy, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new approaches
 - Proficiency in Office 365 and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies
