About the Role

This position is a member of the Compliance Group within the People/HR Division. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You will support the HR Compliance team and tasks with liabilities to include acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint clearance letters; maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services; faxing/scanning US Customs results; and database entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and troubleshoot any database issues.
• Design and analyze HR Compliance data between different files working closely with HRIS and EC system.
• In this role, you will conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance.
• Collaborate with clients and team consistently.
• Review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications. You should also be familiar with the TSA Clearinghouse database.

• Advanced Excel skills like pivoting, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup.
• Advanced Access skills.
• Ability to interpret large sets of data to develop meaningful reports.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Proven ability to conduct fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements.
• Ability to instruct the specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results.
