Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to provide exceptional support to our healthcare clients. As a Healthcare Client Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for responding to client inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring client satisfaction with our products and services. You'll work closely with our account managers to identify opportunities for expanded business, provide guidance to junior team members, and contribute to the growth and success of our client services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional client support in the areas of service, maintenance, and penetration, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
 - Respond to client inquiries, solve problems, and provide timely and effective solutions to client issues.
 - Coordinate with account managers to ensure client needs are met, and potential problems are averted.
 - Keep account managers informed of account status, opportunities for expanded business, and any issues that may impact client relationships.
 - Apply standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas.
 - Provide standard professional advice and create initial reports/analyses for review by senior team members.
 - Offer guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team in Client Account Support.
 - May make on-site presentations to existing and prospective clients to educate and inform on products and services.
 
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
 - Member & Client Facing Skills (Interpersonal Skills): Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
 - Excel Knowledge - Medium Skill Level: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create reports, analyze data, and perform calculations.
 - Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
 
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in client services, healthcare, or a related field.
 - Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and regulations.
 - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other client service tools.
