Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Case manage client questions and feedback regarding our products and services, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Onboarding and Support: Support clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform and providing ongoing assistance as needed.
- Trend Analysis and Insights: Analyze and identify trends in client activity and inquiries, providing valuable insights to inform product development and operational improvements.
- Exceptional Client Service: Provide exceptional service to our clients, identifying opportunities to go above and beyond and deliver personalized support.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Relationship Management, Financial Operations, Risk Management, Client Services, and Institutional teams to support business needs and drive growth.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and develop operational efficiencies to scale the business and processes, ensuring a high level of productivity and effectiveness.
- Client Advocacy: Be the voice of the client, providing input to product specifications based on client feedback and insights.
