Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll be the voice of our clients, providing polite and professional support to customers via inbound and outbound calls. You'll work with a variety of companies, including medical offices, law offices, service providers, and more. This is not a telemarketing position, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all callers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
 - Answer incoming calls in a timely manner, identifying callers' needs and resolving issues efficiently
 - Provide customers with accurate product and service information, adhering to company scripts and procedures
 - Accurately process online reservations and document call information and interactions
 - Maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
 - Maintain Quality Assurance standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in all customer interactions
 - Participate in ongoing training for all Blithequark client programs and accounts, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices
 - Other duties as assigned, with a focus on supporting the team and achieving business objectives
 
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
 - One year of call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
 - Working knowledge of computer software and skills, including navigation and typing skills to manage multiple programs, platforms, and systems
 - Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques, with the ability to identify, understand, and protect confidential information
 - Strong verbal, written, and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
 - Ability to cross-train and multitask in multiple programs, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability
 - Dependable and fluent in English, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on inbound and outbound calls
 - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
 - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

Ideal Availability:
We're looking for individuals with a flexible schedule, including:
- Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST
 - Saturday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM CST
 - Sunday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST
 - A minimum of 8 hours of weekend availability required
 
Training and Onboarding:
We offer a comprehensive two-week mandatory remote training program, starting on Monday, September 23rd, with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm CST. Attendance during training is mandatory, and we're committed to supporting your success and growth.
