Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch service to commercial truckers in need of emergency roadside assistance. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to commercial truckers calling in for roadside assistance, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their issues.
 - Support intake and dispatch of emergency road service calls, working closely with tire service centers and other stakeholders.
 - Handle escalated issues from tire service centers, demonstrating empathy and expertise to resolve complex problems.
 - Answer calls from customers who have broken down, working to locate a service provider in the area and ensuring timely assistance.
 - Input relevant call information into our PC system, process new sales orders or upgrade panel types, and transfer calls to other departments or call centers as needed.
 
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
 - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, resolving issues efficiently and providing excellent customer service.
 - Highly organized and able to follow through on tasks and responsibilities.
 - PC familiarity and proficient typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple web applications simultaneously.
 - Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
 - Articulate and professional demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
 - Successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and employment verification.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in a remote setting.
 - History of great attendance and reliability.
 - Experience working with commercial trucking industry or similar sectors.

To ensure success in this role, you'll need to provide your own computer and internet connection, meeting the following specifications:

 - Memory: At least 12GB RAM.
 - Two Monitors.
 - USB or Wireless Headset.
 - External Mouse.
 - Webcam.
 - Constant Ethernet Connection.
 - Ability to work a 3 weekday/2 weekend day schedule.
