About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative - Overnight (Work From Home) at Blithequark, you will provide top-notch support to our customers remotely during overnight hours. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

 - Handling a high volume of calls, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of customer inquiries
 - Handle a high volume of calls, including complex customer needs and issues
 - Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers
 - Work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
 - 6 months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
 - Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software applications
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to work independently in a remote setting
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
 - Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions
 - Six months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
 
Education and Certification
A verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
