As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing roadside assistance to truckers, ensuring their safety and satisfaction on the road.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service assistance to commercial truckers, responding to emergency road service calls and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Support intake and dispatch processes, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Handle escalated issues from tire service centers, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Answer calls from customers who have broken down, working to locate service providers in the area and providing updates on service status.
  • Input relevant call information into the PC, process new sales orders or upgrade panel types, and transfer calls to other departments or call centers as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • PC familiarity and proficient typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple web applications simultaneously.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Articulate and professional demeanor, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and employment verification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work-from-home experience.
  • History of great attendance and reliability.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field.

Technical Requirements

To ensure success in this role, you will need to provide your own computer and internet connection, meeting the following specifications:

  • Memory: At least 12GB RAM.
  • Two monitors.
  • USB or wireless headset.
  • External mouse.
  • Webcam.
  • Constant Ethernet connection.
  • Ability to work a 3 weekday/2 weekend day schedule.
