**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding flight schedules, reservations, and other travel-related information
* Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
* Write anomaly and complaint reports as needed
* Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business administration)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to meet the needs of the job
* Ability to understand records, follow guidelines, learn, and comprehend tagging methodology, rules, and regulations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and work under close time requirements
* Ability to provide a well-groomed appearance and adhere to the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Arrangement
