Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist for blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Searching Indeed, LinkedIn, BuiltIn, and other high-quality job boards for specific job titles provided by blithequark
  • Pasting the URL for the job and providing other relevant details (location, pay, company name, etc.) in a shared Google Sheet
  • Applying for positions using a designated email address, resume information, and answering any additional Q&A using the provided information from blithequark
  • Recording the date and time of submitting applications in the Google Sheet

To excel in this role, you'll need to be proficient in navigating various job boards, accurately entering data, and efficiently managing your time to meet the expected throughput.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Google Sheets and various job boards
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • $30 per hour for meeting the expected throughput of 3 roles + applications per hour
  • $40 per hour for exceeding the expected throughput with 4+ relevant applications per hour
  • Payments will be made within 24 hours of time entry into the Google Sheet
