About the Role: Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

This part-time, Associate Level position is designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service and are looking for a flexible, remote work opportunity. As a Web Chat Assistant at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via our online chat platform. Your role will be pivotal in addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through the web chat platform, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction, turning every interaction into a positive experience.
  • Engage and communicate with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, providing guidance and support on products, services, and policies.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring all relevant information is captured for future reference and continuous improvement.

  • Participate in training and team meetings to continuously develop your skills, stay updated on products and services, and contribute to team success.

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat support environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional educational qualifications in communications, business, or a related field are preferred.
  • Proficiency in using chat software, CRM tools, and other digital communication platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
