You'll work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement research studies that inform our business decisions and drive customer-centric strategies.
About the Role
The Customer Insights Senior Analyst is responsible for driving consumer loyalty by managing reviews, analyzing data, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. You'll work collaboratively with our Sr. Director to design, develop, and deploy surveys that capture customer feedback and insights. Your expertise in data analysis and storytelling will help us understand our customers' needs and preferences, and inform our business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sr. Director to manage the end-to-end process of Primary Customer Research, including planning, building, distributing, and reporting on surveys to gather customer feedback.
 - Design and develop surveys that effectively capture customer feedback and insights, using best practices to ensure maximum reach and response rate.
 - Analyze customer feedback data and create reports that provide actionable insights to the business, highlighting pain points, needs, and expectations of our customers.
 - Present findings and recommendations to all levels within the organization, from frontline staff to senior leaders, using clear and engaging visuals and language.
 - Proactively partner cross-functionally to ensure open dialogue and ongoing relationship improvement by agreeing on shared objectives.
 - Continuously review and refine the survey process to ensure it remains relevant to business needs and provides valuable, actionable insights.
 - Collaborate with vendors to obtain world-class research methodologies.
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 - 3+ years of experience in market research or consumer insights.
 - Proficiency in understanding various quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies.
 - Ability to manage project schedules and deadlines that run concurrently.
 - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
 - Comfortable communicating with clients face-to-face.
 - Hands-on end-to-end survey development experience (i.e., survey design and software).
 - Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
 - Ability to learn survey software and other tools quickly.
 - Experience with or ability to learn analytical/research software (e.g., SPSS, Medallia/Qualtrics).
 - Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
