In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls from government clients, documenting conversation details, and utilizing scripts and resources to guide conversations. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain sufficient reliable private internet connection, with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable, to ensure seamless call center operations
- Proficiently utilize technical systems, including desktop, call center specific phone systems, and the internet, to meet department quality assurance standards and metrics
- Educate and answer questions from customers, providing the most up-to-date information about our programs and services
- Follow protocol and apply sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information, adhering to blithequark's high standards of confidentiality and data protection
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems
- Ability to pass language knowledge assessment, demonstrating strong communication and language skills
- Strong internet connection, due to the remote nature of this role, with the ability to maintain a reliable and secure connection
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Bilingual or Multilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a call center environment, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Previously cleared for a Public Trust Entry of Duty Clearance Level (Government Clients Only), demonstrating a high level of trustworthiness and reliability
- Licenses in Insurance, Healthcare, and/or Finance sectors, with a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and requirements
- Previous experience with FEMA Call Center, with a strong knowledge of emergency management and response protocols
