About the Role

This is a part-time, remote position that offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Virtual Assistant & Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries related to booking, flight information, and other services. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to team members, managing customer complaints, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat, resolving inquiries related to booking, flight information, and other services in a timely and professional manner.
