WayLink Systems Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our customer experience team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users, providing fast, friendly, and accurate support through live chat and messaging platforms. What You’ll Do: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with professionalism and empathy Troubleshoot product issues and guide users through solutions Document customer interactions clearly and accurately Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed Contribute to a positive, customer-first support culture What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of customer service or chat support experience (preferred) Strong written communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems at once Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms is a plus Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
