Job Overview
As a Mid-Level Program Manager Non-Tech, you will be responsible for managing social media and community engagement, franchise engagement, and team collaboration. You will be supporting a large team across different countries and hemispheres, contributing to major Minecraft campaigns, game update launches, Minecraft live events, and Minecraft live. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global team and make a significant impact on the gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Process & Tools:
- Support the development of operational processes with a focus on day-to-day rhythm of business
- Assist in the implementation of processes and tools
- Advise on improvements in quality and efficiency of current processes and tools
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on rhythm of business process management
- Production & Coordination:
- Assist in day-to-day roadmap management, tracking prioritized schedules and release plans
- Attend project-based meetings to coordinate information flow and visibility
- Assist others to contribute, prioritize, and deliver on the team's roadmap
- Bridge social media and community activities into a combined pipeline and workflow
- Facilitate information sharing along team schedule, roadmap, priorities, and appropriate data within our organization
- Act as a coordinator with other production resources internally and externally
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 2-4 overall years of experience in the field
- Minimum 2 years' experience with project management or production tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, Confluence, Jira)
- Minimum 2 years' experience with project management or production workflow, ideally with experience in game production, marketing/agency production, or video/graphic design production
- Minimum 2 years' experience with agile workflow environments
- Ability to work with minimal guidance to ensure alignment across pillar functions
- Active collaboration with team members, internal partners, and external partners
- Proactive creation of connections and surfacing operational opportunities for process improvement
- Independent work through solutions and sourcing answers to challenges
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience in social media and community environments
- Game industry experience
- Copilot or equivalent AI experience with a focus on efficiency & organization
- PPM or Scrum Master certification
- Producer or Project Manager background with a proven track record of success
- Experience working with stakeholders, including convincing and presenting to them
- Background working with big tech companies

This is a remote-based position, allowing you to work from anywhere. However, you must be local to Remond, as you will be required to attend occasional onsite events.
