Key Responsibilities

As an Online Sales Specialist, your primary objective will be to maximize online and website tools to provide our customers with a first-rate experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing the company in a professional manner, both in speech and written correspondence, to ensure a consistent and positive brand image
  • Supporting the Online Sales Team by fielding incoming leads from various divisions and/or corporate offices, and providing regional support to multiple division online sales teams
  • Gathering and tracking prospect information utilizing a CRM system to turn leads into homeowners, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of product, community information, and customer service recovery strategies
  • Scheduling onsite, phone, or virtual appointments for the Online Sale Team and/or Onsite Community Sales Managers, and managing all customer inquiries with a sense of urgency
  • Qualifying leads utilizing buying experience strategies in alignment with the Internet Sales Scorecard, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Real Estate Experience: A strong background in real estate sales, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Weekday and Weekend availability: The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers
