Job Overview

As a Part-Time Content Creator & Strategist, you'll be responsible for brainstorming, creating, and editing short-form video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels. You'll work remotely, but will meet with the team in person once a week in the Boston area for strategy, brainstorming, and content review sessions. Key Responsibilities:

• Edit videos using apps like CapCut, Splice, or similar tools to ensure engaging content that resonates with our audience
• Be in front of the camera for some videos or arrange for others to be featured, showcasing your comfort with being on camera
• Attend a weekly in-person content review and strategy meeting in the Boston area, contributing to team discussions and idea sharing
• Understand and apply insights from platform analytics to improve future content, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Located in the Boston area and available for weekly in-person meetings
• Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content creation, with a proven track record of success
• Proven experience creating short-form content (please provide examples of TikToks or Reels you've made)
• Ability to film high-quality videos using a smartphone, with basic video editing skills using apps like CapCut, Splice, or InShot
