Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of information and complying with data integrity and security policies.
  • Responding to information requests from authorized members in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of activities and tasks, and providing insights to support process improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other data entry software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team, with a strong focus on customer service.

Preferred Qualifications
