**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a variety of customer inquiries and concerns through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. **Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (required)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer inquiries and concerns simultaneously (required)
* Proficient in basic computer applications, including CRM software (required)
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively (required)
* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
