Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the blithequark Distribution workflow, including its intricacies and best practices for optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues with users, employing your technical skills and knowledge of music production to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain meticulous records of user issues, utilizing ticket tags and ensuring that serious or recurring technical issues are escalated to the Support Manager in a timely manner.
  • Verify that all projects released through blithequark distribution meet the required standards before delivery to Digital Service Providers (DSPs), guaranteeing the highest quality output.
  • Communicate proactively with users to address any issues or concerns, working collaboratively to achieve satisfactory outcomes and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Deliver blithequark releases to DSPs, ensuring seamless and efficient distribution of our clients' music to global audiences.
