Job Overview
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about their potential eligibility for compensation. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, providing exceptional customer service, and navigating our proprietary customer relationship database and phone software. Key Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their potential eligibility for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls
- Speak with 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation, and provide exceptional customer service to each individual
- Multitask by listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless communication and data entry
- Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
- Utilize phone software (VICI) and our proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) accurately and follow scripts appropriately
- Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency in your work
- Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity

Requirements
- Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey, with a quiet, distraction-free space to work
- Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
- High-speed internet with a minimum of 50Mbps download and 100MBps upload speed
- Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/Logitech G432)
- Strong background in call center sales and customer service, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience
- Able to work 40+ hours per week, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Eastern, and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
