Job Overview

We are looking for exceptional customer service professionals to join our high-volume call center team, working remotely from the comfort of their own homes. As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing information regarding all aspects of our members' association with blithequark. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.
  • Ascertain the nature of the call and record information in the Communication Log, utilizing proprietary blithequark systems to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Look up member information using our systems and provide information to the caller, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Forward logs requiring further research to the appropriate department, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more complex issue, such as claims or authorizations, ensuring that members receive the support they need.
  • Utilize appropriate resources, including online materials, to provide timely responses and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure calls are answered within required timeframes, and appropriate follow-up is done in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position.
  • Document all calls appropriately, maintaining accurate and detailed records of interactions.
  • Attend weekly staff and other meetings to discuss issues, foster teamwork among department personnel, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
  • Respond to requests for internal and external customers and/or clients, as required, providing exceptional service and support.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning.
  • A minimum of one year of experience performing customer service duties, with inbound call center experience preferred, and a proven track record of providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
