We're now seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative Specialist to join our Treasury Management Card Technology team at blithequark. As a Senior Customer Service Representative Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing advanced customer service support to our card clients within our West Region, working hours aligned with the Pacific Time Zone.

About the Role

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from a quiet, confidential space in your home, approved by blithequark. As a Senior Customer Service Representative Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and providing expert support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced customer service activities and initiatives for specialized products and services, leveraging an advanced process or tool to support internal and external customers.
  • Receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries regarding complex products, services, and issues via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer service inquiries and issues, recommending appropriate solutions and identifying root causes to prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, consistent with blithequark's core values, and demonstrate a commitment to quality.
  • Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort or additional action.
  • Serve as a coach or mentor to the customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Education and Experience

Typically, candidates for this role will have an Associate's degree or equivalent, as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry, is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Compensation and Incentives

The base salary for this role ranges from $31,200 to $67,600, depending on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is also incentive-eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
