Job Overview
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our most important customers, identifying and resolving complex issues, and assisting in pre-sales deals to onboard large-scale customers. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and success
- Work closely with pre-sales teams to onboard large-scale customers, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of our data analytics service
- Automate repetitive processes and develop tools to improve operational efficiency, leveraging your technical expertise to drive innovation and excellence
- Communicate technical information and roadmaps to customers, providing clear and concise updates on our service and its capabilities
