Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to inform business or product decisions, including cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, and influence analysis
• Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and model dashboards to provide insights at scale, and solve complex analytical problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, design and execute analysis that incorporates data collection, analysis, and presentation
• Assist in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
• Communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders through effective presentations and data visualizations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics)
• Experience working with statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB)
• Experience with data analysis and modeling, including data visualization and communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a graduate degree in a quantitative field
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS)
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
