Job Description

As an Online Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and to maintain a positive image of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
