Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the shipping dashboard for incoming orders and packages, ensuring timely and efficient processing of shipments.
  • Consolidate or process outbound shipments according to customer wishes and instructions provided, ensuring accurate and damage-free delivery.
  • Inspect product boxes for damage, take photos, and upload them as necessary to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Perform internal process and quality checks and corrections, including master data, economics, and shipment data, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, distributors, and fellow employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional centric-classes manner.
  • Handle all inbound sales inquiries, providing excellent customer service and identifying opportunities to offer solutions and enhance customer relationships.
  • Manage ocean/air import shipments, FCL, and LCL, ensuring timely and efficient delivery, and providing the highest level of customer service to customers.
  • Provide post-shipment follow-up to ensure personalized customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Pick items from inventory for shipment or delivery, and stock shelves with unpacked items, maintaining a well-organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and drive sales growth.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, with a strong self-motivation and discipline.
