Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
 - Resolve Customer Issues: Efficiently resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and document interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
 - Provide Product and Service Information: Offer information about products, services, and order status updates, and escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher support tiers as necessary.
 - Maintain Knowledge of Services and Policies: Stay up-to-date with Blithequark's services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
 - Gather Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback and make suggestions for improvements to enhance our customer experience.
 - Manage Multiple Chat Sessions: Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously in a virtual environment, prioritizing and organizing tasks effectively.
 
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
