Dining Associate - Part-time, all shifts – Amazon Store

Under the direct supervision of the Food Services Director/Assistant, the Dining Service Associate is responsible for diversified tasks within the food service department including ware washing, department sanitation and other processes to ensure that the department operates in a clean, sanitary and safe manner.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparation of dining areas, including supplies and equipment to run efficiently
• Record and maintain temperatures of equipment and food in appropriate logs
• Follow and monitor portions and diet plans according to Federal and State guidelines
• Follow all food safety protocols
• Follow all proper cleaning/sanitation procedures and thoroughly clean and sanitize personal work areas, equipment, and supplies
• Clean, sweep and sanitize your area at the end of each shift
• Be open and flexible to changes in positions and duties for the appropriate staffing situation
• Hold self-accountable for following the appropriate call-in procedures
• All other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Certification
