Eligibility Research Representative
A company is looking for an Eligibility Research Representative I (Remote) to join their Eligibility department.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and resolve member eligibility requests while maintaining production and accuracy standards
• Verify member eligibility through various resources and document findings appropriately
• Participate in team meetings and perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED certificate required
• 1 year of experience with 10 key, typing, and computer skills; 8,000 keystrokes per hour required
• Preferred experience in claims processing or eligibility verification
• Ability to work in a remote environment with a stable internet connection
• Experience in customer service, including making outbound calls
